random notes: sorry for any spilly talking last night first off. that goes without saying. second, for those who "heard through the grapevine that i am throwing a halloween party" well yes i am so "holla back" if you need details. and it was really good not hearing some of the same bunch of songs that are played every week no matter how much i love them. and once again sadly keeping my streak in tact, i go to work once again hanging. in the words of Dave Chapelle, "skeet skeet". |

December 17th, 2003 - June 6th, 2005. It's been good times, met some cool people from LJ, introduced to some really cool people but it's time to retire it. Maybe an occasional post but not likely. Also i'm almost sure now that I won't be at Brock next year, i'll still be living in St. Catharines but school is looking more and more like I don't wanna go this year. Insert dramatic music here
Keep fit and have fun |

Today is one of those days where a person would say something like "ohmy god i am never ever drinking again EVERRR". This day is shitty right now for a few reasons: one is clearly me feeling like I was hit in the face with bricks. Two: I had to clean the mess I made in the hallway today. Three: friends, saying they are coming even as ofa few hours before the party and not coming. And yeh i'm not gonna bullshit i'm really disappointed that some of the peoplewho are reading this now did not come. I know people have other plans and stuff and the world is not catered around me but it just seems like if i'm not at a certain place then some people won't hangout with you which is not cool because sometimes they don't realize I do consider them a friend and not just someone I go to a bar with and get shitfaced every week. Anyways the party was so much fun, one of the best times i've had in a long while, so care free, nothing to worry about. Oh ya until the weed I smoked which I later found out was laced with something. Oh ya, thats totally cool. I've never felt more messed up in my life, and not in a good way. Anyways, had a blast this weekend in St. Catharines overall. Hopefully more to come soon |

There is the latest trend in my seemingly now daily photo barrage. Tonight was a really cool night. As soon as we stroll into Hamilton Place, we see Ron Mclean of Hockey Night in Canada fame. This guy is like a God to me. So we stalked him to find where his seats were, only a few rows behind us. So later when he left we co-incidentally did too and took the pic with him, the first one giving the shocker. Possibly my favourite picture ever. About 10 minutes after we get there, we find out seats, row 8 - totally money seats for any concert no matter who you're seeing. Too bad it couldn't have been The Hip or someone like that but I am not bitching with free tickets. Matt Mays came out and played a really solid set, the older crowd seemed to dig him which was cool. My first time seeing him, definately the first of many times. After he played we got to hang out with him and chit chat for a bit which was really cool. Such a nice down to earth guy. He talked of how tomorrow he is buying old school Reebok pumps. YES. Snapped a few pics then he said "we should go for a few beers later", which would have been amazing but we had to takeoff early. Whether he meant that or not, who knows but regardless, it was really nice. We ended up going back in to the theatre to see Blue Rodeo who were in about their third song, and Jesus they played forever. It was alright, kinda hard to sit through them for that long because it was in a theatre and so calm, everyone sitting. Not til about 4 songs left did anyone stand up and it kinda picked up which was too bad cause the last 4 or so songs they did I was starting to get into. And then the encore they brought out Matt Mays and then the next song, 2 guys from his band to sing Tom Thumb Blues (prob wrong name) by Dylan. then followed by More Blue Rodeo songs I did not know. Funniest part of the night, these drunken cougars in front of us who started rubbing their boobs on each other, and then started doing it to the man and woman beside them which then got odd when they dirty danced together and all left on 2 separate occasions for 30 minutes and didnt come back with beer or anything. SKETCHY. Hopefully work off friday which i'm thinking once again could be my last day working there and then weekend of partying |

Killers pics. What a great day. Had the day off work, had a nice stroll downtown Toronto, ordered a pop at an expensive restaurant and left and then ate at Quiznos instead. Yes toasted is better. An exciting day with Jolene, lots of good conversation was had, lots of sarcastic conversation was had, lots of mimmicking the Go Train conductor was had "chchchchchc neeext stop, MIMICO kkkkkkkkkk". Quite the adventerous trip from downtown to the Amph. Louis XIV opened up and wow did they kick ass. I loved them, and will definately see them again for sure. so tight live, whoever cut them up in Chart Mag for thier live show needs to be kicked. Tegan and Sarah put on a great set as well but didnt seem to play for as long as Louis XIV did but I can't believe how beautiful their voices are. Much better live then on disc I thought though. Such a pity they had practically no crowd reaction whatsoever. The Killers were good, definately nowhere near being called great. I'd say maybe 7/10 i'd give them. There's just something missing from their performance, it doesn't sound full, it's really thin. They seem to be a bit more energetic from what i've seen before but its kinda hard to get into it I guess when 3/4 of the crowd was there for two of their songs. I predicted they would play for an hour max, and bang on just about an hour with encore. Definate highlight of the night was the Comfortably Numb teaser, I would've liked to have heard them play the whole thing because it sounded absolutely phenomenal. Yes I said that about the Killers covering Floyd. In more then exciting as fesces news, tongiht I scored tix to see Matt Mays/Blue Rodeo. I could not give a flying you know what about Blue Rodeo but I love Matt Mays. The best news, free ticket + BACKSTAGE PASS. I'm in the money. Concert report Terrance Cox PCUL 1F00 style to follow with accompanying pictures. And lastly I"M VERY SORRY ONCE AGAIN E & E FOR NO MEETUP :( Stay classy San Diego |

After a crazy past few hours of not knowing whether i'd be able to go to the Killer concert tongiht I can finally go. Gotta love work. Seriously. No wait i hate it. Today I applied for 4 jobs. More to come. 1 of these included was Sitel. Who knows. Let's just see what the morning brings. Wait and see what tomorrow brings. That's what tomorrow brings. Anyways I'm really excited to see Louis XIV as well, i've really taken a liking to them as of late. And even though I don't know a whole ot of Tegan and Sarah i'm really looking forward to seeing them. And as summer strolls along even further it's now really evident in my life of the divide between two things: friends and acquaintances. It's really starting to shape up even more who's on what side. There's the friends, the close friends I can always count on, the acquaintances. Some people I really still don't know where to drop them in what category, friends/acquaintances. A friend can have comfort in knowing they won't be b.s.'d. I fell like i've grown out of some things and am ready to hack some things out of life. However my evergrowing beard and shaggy hair are not 2 of them right now. I've been back in touch with a few people from highschool who I haven't really hung out with since highschool ended and its good times. It's weird when you hang out more with people now out of highschool then you did in highschool. And no drama. I love it. I love the fact that there's almost no drama in my life right now. The dramatic people in my life from last year are pretty much cutout. It's the most annoying thing when people say "yeah maybe i will come" while knowing full well they will not. I've been guilty of this before and really who hasn't. However i'd rather have someone say no just flat out. Much much better. It's only rock and roll but I liiiiike it |

Tonight I ended up being dragged to see The Longest Yard and I totally loved it. Far exceeded expectations. No brainer comedy for the most part, with a few witty things that happened that football fans would only get. Soo many cameos in it from football players I loved it. And the obligatory Rob Schneider yelling appearance. Even non football fans will really enjoy it. For my weekend: on Friday I passed ouat at 10 on the couch watching Tin Cup for about the 10th time, can't get enough of that movie. Then Saturday hit up the local bar for a bit who had a blues band playing which was kinda cool. Anyways if I didn't email anyone about our party on Saturday in St. Kitts and you'd like to come let me know and i'll send you the info. |

Tongiht I saw George from Alexisonfire at Motown Night. I said "hey its Geogre" and he said "yeah man i am fuuuuuckin drunk!" and i said cool man drinking is underrated, and he said "yeah man fuuuuckin drunk!". that was the extent of the conversation seeing as how we were both in the bathroom. Other then that, Motown night is amazing. My cherry has been popped there. And let me see its leading contender for weekly hangout. Dare I say just as good as Red Square Fridays minus all the scene drama. Or maybe because i dont know anyone there i don't hear about it. either way, totally fun, minus the 2 dollar drinks |

Last ngiht at the Jays game it was big celebrity spotting night. Ben and Ben. Ben Affleck and Ben Kowalawyz or however his Hebrew name is spelled, Geddy Lee whose monstrous nose almost covered the infield. Street meat outside around Skydome is amazing. The hot dogs inside, horribly debaucherous. |

It's funny how i feel i'm in "popular demand" sometimes then other times people could not really care if i'm hanging around them or not. Whatever I know who my real friends are. Today I purchased the greatest shirt ever. A white baseball style tee with black sleeves saying "Merv The Perv" which was worn at the Blue Jays game today. During the game, many mentions of streaking the field were made which hilariously enough led to extra security around our section because "someone mentioned of streaking the field". Only $1000 fine. Maybe i should take up a collection and do it when i reach that amount. Glad to finally be hitting up Motown Night tomorrow. In need of some funk lately |
